Returns

REGULAR PRICE GOODS:
All merchandise sold at regular price can be exchanged or refunded withinas long as you return everything within 12 working days from the date you received the package. If this is an exchange please indicate it inside the package or send us an email info@creationsencore.com. Returns are at your expense.

GOODS ON SALE:
All merchandise sold on sale is EXCHANGEABLE ONLY. None
Reimbursement will not be made. You can also request a credit for a future purchase. The credit will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the package and will be valid at all times.

RETURN DIRECTLY TO THE WORKSHOP:
We now have a returns box available 7 days a week! Simply contact us by email (info@creationsencore.com) to receive the box code. You can also make an appointment with us to come and exchange your merchandise on site.
