The delivery is FREE. We prepare orders within 2 to 3 working days.

Canada Post estimates the delivery time between two (2) to twelve (12) business days. Expedited shipping or adding insurance is available; please contact us for a revised invoice.

Please note that Créations Encore is not responsible for unusual delivery times.

Returns

REGULAR PRICE GOODS:
All merchandise sold at regular price can be exchanged or refunded within provided you return the whole thing within 12 working days from the date of receipt of the package. If it is an exchange please indicate it inside the package or send us an email info@creationsencore.com. Returns are at your expense.

SALE GOODS:
All merchandise sold on sale is EXCHANGEABLE ONLY. Any
refund will not be made. You can also request a credit for a future purchase. The credit will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the package and it will be valid at all times.

BACK DIRECTLY TO THE WORKSHOP:
We now have a return box available 7 days a week! Just contact us by email (info@creationsencore.com) to receive the box code. You can also make an appointment with us to come and exchange your goods on site.

Buying and local production are core values ​​for Créations Encore. I find it important to encourage our creators here for the social, environmental and economic effect it creates.

Now what is the difference with the price of fast fashion ?

The fast fashion industry pays its workers paltry wages. It buys its materials by volume, with sums that represent several times the annual turnover of a Quebec company (in other words, it is unrealistic for us to think of accessing such volumes, therefore at such prices / unit. ). Most importantly, it does not test the durability or quality of its products or materials. This is what causes the majority of fast fashion products to degrade after a tiny number of times worn.
